Robust control of a three phase separator: an LMI approach

چکیده

This paper presents an H_infinity approach for a three-phase gravity separator. A switching strategy is applied to chose between two controllers: one damp oscillatory disturbances in the inflow of separator, and better set-point tracking. The controller selection relies on disturbance measurement, which unpractical or unreliable. Therefore, H2 observer designed estimate (multiphasic) turn utilized as signal. performance proposed compared traditional PI Zone normally used industry. results demonstrated that outperforms achieved by classical controllers allowing good trade-off slug attenuation
